Fractured Hip

Lorraine fell at the Health Center and fractured her left hip. 6 months ago, almost to the date she broke her right hip. Both which did occur on a Sunday.

3 pins where put in today (Monday) to help fuse her bone back to the correct position. She is in good spirits. The recovery for this surgery is much longer. No walking for 6 weeks, verses her hip replacement surgery when she was walking within a week. Her expected stay at Wuesthoff is 2 - 3 days.
